摘要
该文探讨中医内科学精品课程中知识体系构建与应用能力培养的问题。针对现行教学模式中存在的“理论—临床”断裂性和“静态—动态”适配障碍,提出建构主义视角下的CBL与PBL教学法协同机制与整合模式。并应用CBL与PBL序贯整合教学法,依据“情境沉浸—问题爆破—认知重建—应用进化”等四阶认知进化路径,探索构建“质疑—解构—重构—应用”四阶认知跃迁系统,以实现知识构建路径的转变和临床能力的同步培养。该模式不仅可增强学生学习的主动性和自主性,还将在有效促进知识体系的深度重构和临床能力的全面发展中发挥重要作用。
This paper discusses the construction of knowledge system and the cultivation of application ability in the excellent course of TCM Internal Medicine.Aiming at the'theory-clinical'rupture and'static-dynamic'fit obstacle in the current teaching mode,the synergistic mechanism and integration mode of CBL and PBL teaching method under the perspective of constructivism are proposed.In addition,we apply the CBL and PBL sequential integration teaching method,explore and construct a four-stage cognitive leap system of'questioning-deconstructing-reconstructing-applying'based on the four-stage cognitive evolution path of'contextual immersion-question bursting-cognitive reconstruction-application evolution',in order to realize the transformation of the path of knowledge construction and simultaneous cultivation of clinical competence.This model not only enhances the initiative and autonomy of students'learning,but also plays an important role in promoting the in-depth reconstruction of the knowledge system and the comprehensive development of clinical competence.
