基于成果导向教育理念的机械专业创新实验教学体系构建研究

摘要 为适应新工科建设对创新型工程人才的迫切需求,针对机械专业实验教学存在的教学内容陈旧、学生参与度低及评价单一等问题,该研究基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,对机械专业创新实验教学体系进行重构。通过反向设计原则,确立融“知识、能力、素质”于一体的教学目标;在教学内容上,构建包含“基础验证—综合设计—研究创新”三个层次的实验项目库;在教学方法上,推行项目驱动与虚实结合的混合式教学模式;并建立“实验操作+项目报告+创新性+团队协作”的多元过程性评价体系。教学实践表明,该体系能有效激发学生的学习自主性,显著提升其工程实践能力与创新思维,为机械类专业实验教学改革提供可复制、可推广的模式。 To meet the urgent demand for innovative engineering talents in the new engineering education,this study,based on the concept of Outcome-Based Education(OBE),restructured the innovative experimental teaching system for the mechanical major.The study addressed the problems such as outdated teaching content,low student participation,and single evaluation methods in the current mechanical professional experimental teaching.Through the principle of reverse design,the teaching objectives integrating"knowledge,ability,and quality"were established;in terms of teaching content,an experimental project library consisting of three levels-"basic verification-comprehensive design-research innovation"-was constructed;in terms of teaching methods,a hybrid teaching model combining project-driven and virtual-real integration was implemented;and a multi-process evaluation system of"experimental operation+project report+innovation+team collaboration"was established.The teaching practice shows that this system can effectively stimulate students'learning autonomy,significantly enhance their engineering practice ability and innovative thinking,and provides a replicable and promotable model for the experimental teaching reform of mechanical majors.
