天然橡胶初加工干搅机械装置仿真设计与试验

摘要 为提升天然橡胶初加工质量,提高胶料干搅作业效果,本文设计了一种干搅机械装置,主要用于对干燥后的胶料进行混炼和熟化;运用SolidWorks软件建立了装置的三维模型样机,包括装置整体结构、主箱体部件、主轴部件、动定刀结构等。通过ANSYS建立了动定刀刀组的有限元模型,对安装在主轴上的单把动刀和安装在主箱体上的单把定刀分别进行了有限元分析,包括静力学分析和六阶模态分析,结果显示单把动定刀均满足设计要求。根据理论设计和工程实践经验,加工并制造了干搅机械装置样机。以4种技术分级胶包为试验胶料,对样机进行试验验证,结果表明胶料经干搅机械装置作业后,胶料厚度均匀且呈条状,整体均匀度达到90%以上,且系统配合良好,运行平稳,能够连续、稳定地进行作业,满足设计和作业需求,为天然橡胶初加工新型干搅机的关键部件设计提供理论参考。 In order to enhance the quality of natural rubber primary processing and improve the performance of dry-stirring operations for natural rubber,this paper presented the design of a dry-stirring mechanical device.This device was mainly intended for the stirring and curing of dried natural rubber.A three-dimensional model prototype of the device was constructed using SolidWorks software.The model encompassed the overall structure of the device,the main box component,the spindle component,and the fixed and moving blades.Finite element models of the fixed and moving blade sets were established through ANSYS.Finite element analyses,including static analysis and sixth-order modal analysis,were separately conducted on the single moving blade mounted on the main shaft and the single fixed blade installed in main box component.The results indicated that both the single fixed and moving blades met the application requirements.Based on theoretical design and engineering practical experience,a prototype of the dry-stirring mechanical device was fabricated.The prototype was capable of performing the designed actions of the fixed and moving blades.Using four kinds of rubber materials as test materials,the prototype was experimentally verified.The results demonstrated that after the rubber compounds were processed by the dry-stirring mechanical device,the thickness of the rubber compounds was uniform and in a strip,with an overall uniformity exceeding 90%.Additionally,the system exhibited good coordination and stable operation,being able to operate continuously and steadily,meeting the design and operational demands.This study provided a theoretical reference for the design of key components of new dry-stirring machinery for natural rubber primary processing.
