摘要
天然橡胶是重要的工业原料,天然生胶初加工机械是完成天然橡胶生产的重要设备,是提高劳动生产率、减轻劳动强度和发展制胶生产的重要手段,是发展天然橡胶工业的物质基础。目前,国内外天然生胶初加工工艺主要有水线和干线2种,配套机械装备的单机机械化程度比较高,但整条生产线的稳定性、连续性、自动化水平不高,是天然生胶初加工高质量发展的瓶颈问题之一。该文简述了天然生胶水线和干线这2种常用的初加工工艺及主要机械装备的现状,剖析了天然生胶初加工存在的主要问题,提出了新质生产力背景下天然生胶初加工的发展趋势。
Natural rubber is an important industrial raw material.The primary processing equipment for natural raw rubber is a crucial tool for enhancing labor productivity,lowering labor intensity,and expanding rubber production.It is essential to the completion of natural rubber production and serves as the foundation for the growth of the natural rubber industry.Currently,there are two main types of natural raw rubber processing technology used both domestically and internationally.Single-machine mechanization of supporting machinery and equipment is relatively high.One of the main obstacles to the high-quality development of natural raw rubber processing is the lack of stability,continuity,and automation in the entire production line.This paper briefly described the current state of two common primary processing technologies of wet and dry production line,summarized the use of major mechanical equipment,analyzes the main problems existing in primary processing technology,and put forward the development trend of the Primary Processing mechanical equipment under the background of new quality productivity.
