常减压装置加工中轻质油适应性改造研究

摘要 随着全球能源需求的不断增长和石油资源的日益枯竭,高酸重质原油资源不断减产,且资源分散,还存在价格波动风险。因此,为拓宽原油资源供应途径、增加装置适炼油种,需要开展针对常减压装置加工中轻质油适应性改造的研究。同时,对改造后的装置运行效果进行了初步分析,研究了常减压装置加工中轻质油存在的问题,得出了装置加工中轻质油改造可行的结论。该研究及实施方案对于常减压装置加工中轻质油适应性改造具有重要的指导意义,对于资源利用和经济可持续发展具有积极的推动作用。 With the continuous growth of global energy demand and the depletion of petroleum resources,the production of high-acid heavy crude oil has been declining,and its resources are dispersed,posing price fluctuation risks.To broaden crude oil supply sources and increase the variety of crude oil that can be processed,it is necessary to conduct a study on the adaptive transformation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units for processing light and medium crude oil.This paper also provides a preliminary analysis of the operational performance of the modified unit,identifies the issues in processing light and medium crude oil,and concludes that the transformation is feasible.This research and its implementation plan have significant guiding value for the adaptive transformation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units for processing light and medium crude oil,and they play a positive role in promoting resource utilization and sustainable economic development.
