摘要
随着我国石油开发技术的进一步提高,现有的油井伴生气处理装置已经无法满足需求,目前采用的普通分气包在遇到极寒天气时,由于凝析出来的液体堆积在分气包底部,容易结冰堵塞轻质油的排放通道,需要人工进行解冻后才能排液。经过技术攻关,研制出一种油井井口伴生气自动处理装置,以求解决现有的井口伴生气凝析堆积出的液体堵塞而影响油井生产的问题,同时也是提高石油产量、提高采油效率的保障。
With continuous advancement in China’s oil production technologies,conventional associated gas treatment devices at wellheads have become inadequate.The commonly used gas separators tend to accumulate condensate liquids at the bottom during extremely cold weather,leading to freezing and blockage of the light oil removal line,which requires manual thawing before resuming operation.Through dedicated research,a new automatic associated gas treatment device was developed to address liquid blockage caused by condensate accumulation at wellheads.This innovation not only ensures smooth operation of oil wells under low-temperature conditions but also contributes to improving oil output and production efficiency.
