摘要
胚胎着床是影响女性妊娠结局的重要环节,主要包括定位、黏附、侵入,胚胎着床失败将导致不孕、流产等情况发生,是生殖学科的研究热点及难点。糖酵解是指在无氧或氧气供应受限条件下,葡萄糖在细胞质中被分解成为丙酮酸的过程,是细胞的主要能量供应途径之一。研究表明糖酵解参与胚胎着床多个环节的作用机制,可为后续治疗胚胎着床失败相关疾病提供新的靶点。本文综述了糖酵解在胚胎着床中的提供能量、参与生物合成、影响信号传导及免疫耐受等多个方面的作用及机制,以期为临床提高妊娠成功率提供新的切入点和可行的干预途径。
The embryo implantation is an important step in female pregnancy outcomes,which mainly includes positioning,adhering,and invading.Embryo implantation failure will lead to infertility and abortion,and it is a research hot spot and difficulty in the field of reproductive medicine.Glycolysis refers to the process by which glucose is decomposed into pyruvate in the cytoplasm under anaerobic or oxygen-limited conditions,and it is one of the major energy supply pathways for cells.The related studies showed that glycolysis plays a role in multiple steps of embryo implantation,which can provide new targets for subsequent treatment of diseases related to embryo implantation failure.This article reviews the roles and mechanisms of glycolysis in providing energy,participating in biosynthesis,affecting signal transduction,and immune tolerance during embryo implantation,in order to provide new entry points and feasible intervention approaches for improving pregnancy success rates in clinical practice.
