新型捕收剂EM507对低品位重晶石的浮选实验

摘要 以贵州某低品位重晶石为研究对象,原矿BaSO_(4)含量42.93%,ZnS含量1.39%。通过“一粗一扫”预脱锌后,以脱锌尾矿为原料,采用自主研制的高效捕收剂EM507,通过“一粗一扫”四精浮选闭路试验可获得BaSO_(4)含量91.05%、Zn含量0.036%、BaSO_(4)回收率96.69%的重晶石精矿,精矿真比重为4.41,白度为55.49%,可达到化工用重晶石一等品的标准。该研究成果有望实现贵州某低品位重晶石的经济、高效利用。 In this article,the low-grade barite in Guizhou was taken as the research object,with 42.93%BaSO_(4) and 1.39%ZnS in the original ore.After pre-dezincification through“one roughing and one scavenging”,the dezincification tailings were used as raw materials,and the self-developed high-efficiency collector EM507 and“one roughing,one scavenging and four cleaning”flotation process were adopted,the closed-circuit test could be obtained BaSO_(4) of 91.05%,Zn of 0.036%,BaSO_(4) recovery of 96.69%of the barite concentrates.The true specific gravity of the concentrate was 4.41 and the whiteness was 55.49%,which could reach the standard of first grade barite for chemical industry.The research results were expected to make economic and efficient use of the zinc-containing low-grade barite in Guizhou.
