摘要
新疆某高方解石型萤石矿,萤石含量25.47%,方解石含量41.67%,为有效抑制方解石,获得合格的萤石精矿,提高矿物回收率,开展浮选实验研究工作。在磨矿细度-0.074 mm±65%的条件下,使用捕收剂EM-OL8,抑制剂EMN,调整剂SSB,采用“两次粗选一次扫选八次精选,中矿Ⅱ-Ⅷ顺序返回,中矿Ⅰ与扫选精矿返回粗选Ⅱ”闭路实验流程,获得了产率22.02%,品位97.38%,回收率84.20%的萤石精矿,为后续工业生产提供了技术依据。
A high-calcite type fluorite ore in Xinjiang contains 25.47%fluorite and 41.67%calcite.To effectively inhibit calcite,thereby obtaining a qualified fluorite concentrate and improving the mineral recovery rate,researchers carried out a flotation test research.At the condition of a grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 65%,the test used collector EM-OL8,depressant EMN,and modifier SSB,and the researchers adopted a closed-circuit test process of"two roughing one scavenging eight cleaning,with middlingsⅡ-Ⅷreturning in sequence,and middlingⅠand scavenging concentrate returning to roughingⅡ".The test obtained fluorite concentrate was achieved with a yield of 22.02%,a CaF2 grade of 97.38%,and a recovery rate of 84.20%,which provides a technical foundation for subsequent industrial production.
