摘要
采用浮选—还原漂白工艺,对BaSO4的质量分数为7635%的原矿,进行了提纯增白研究,获得了BaSO4的质量分数为9612%、白度为89%的重晶石粉产品。浮选提纯采用氧化石蜡皂作捕收剂,水玻璃作调整剂,浮选给矿粒度为-0075mm物料的质量分数为90%~93%。还原漂白在硫酸铝粉体系中进行。对影响工艺过程的因素进行了分析。
A study was given on purification and whitening of feed with a BaSO 4 weight fraction of 76 35% using the flotation bleaching process, and barite powder with a BaSO 4 weight fraction of 96 12% and a whiteness of 89%. In flotation and purification, oxidized paraffin soap was used as collector and water glass as modifier. The -0 075 mm feed to the flotation operation had a weight fraction of 90%~93%. The bleaching operation was achieved in the sulfuric acid alumium powder system. The factors affecting the process were analysed.
