摘要
针对自动重合闸盲目重合故障会给电网带来二次冲击的问题,设计一种针对各类故障只进行一相重合的探测式故障判断方法。线路中出现故障时会发生三相跳闸,延长一段时间后进行合闸再判断故障特征。选择10 kV电网模型作为测试对象,构建电压等级为10 kV的仿真测试模型。研究结果表明:存在瞬时故障与永久A相与接地之间(AG)故障时,电容计算结果可能为负值;永久故障时的电容可能为负值,形成明显波动。所提出的方法可满足可靠性要求,具备优异耐过渡电阻性能,相间故障判断依据可以实现故障的准确判断。
Aiming at the blind reclosing faults in automatic reclosing can cause secondary impacts on the power grid,a detection-type fault judgment method that only performs one-phase reclosing for various faults is designed.When a fault occurs in the line,a three-phase tripping happens,the fault characteristics can be judged by closing the switch after a delay of some time.The 10 kV power grid model is selected as the test object,and a simulation test model with a voltage level of 10 kV is constructed.The research results show that in the presence of instantaneous faults and permanent phase A and grounding(AG)faults,the capacitance calculation results may be negative.When there is a permanent fault,the capacitance may be negative,causing significant fluctuations.The proposed method can meet the reliability requirements and has excellent resistance to transition resistance,achieving accurate fault judgment.
