特高压交流输电线路单相重合闸无故障识别电压电流组合判据 被引量:20

Non-fault Identification Voltage and Current Based Integrated Criterion for Single-phase Reclosure on UHVAC Transmission Lines

摘要 为实现特高压输电线路单相重合前无故障判别,分析了不同情况下带并联电抗器的特高压线路单相故障时断开相的电压和并联电抗器电流的幅值及频率特征,提出了利用Prony算法提取断开相电压和并联电抗器电流的主要低频分量频率及幅值信息作为组合判据。结果表明:故障未消失时,断开相电压和电抗器电流无自振低频分量,仅有工频周期分量;而故障消失后,断开相电压和并联电抗器电流存在工频和自振低频2种周期分量。电抗器补偿度对断开相电压及电抗器电流的幅值影响较大,但自振低频分量频率由线路固有参数决定,因此利用电压量和电流量作为综合判据避免了以单一电气量幅值判别可靠性低的不足。通过大量的ATP仿真验证了该判据能够实现重合前无故障的可靠识别,且判据基本不受系统运行状态及故障条件的影响,有利于提高带并联电抗器线路单相重合闸的重合成功率。 To achieve non-fault detecting before the single phase reclosing on ultra-high voltage(UHV) transmission lines,we studied the amplitude and frequency characteristics of the open-phase voltage and shunt reactor current with different shunt reactor compensation degrees under different single-phase faults,and proposed a non-fault criterion of the main low-frequency components’ frequency and amplitude information of the voltage and current,which would be extracted by using the Prony algorithm.In the existence of the fault,the open-phase voltage and shunt reactor current have only power frequency periodic component,but no low-frequency periodic components.However when the fault is removed,the open-phase voltage and shunt reactor current have both low-frequency and power-frequency periodic components.Moreover,the reactor compensation ratio has great impacts on the amplitudes of open-phase voltage and shunt reactor current,but the frequency of the low-frequency components is determined by the inherent line parameters,which means using the developed criterion could avoid the shortage in reliability of using single electrical quantities as criterion.Multiple ATP simulations verify that the proposed criterion is able to detect non-fault before single-phase reclosing without influences from the system running state or fault condition,thus the criterion shows promise for improving the success rate of single-phase adaptive reclosing on transmission lines with shunt reactors.
