摘要
管理人员是管理的直接执行者,其能力素质水平对管理效能提升具有决定性影响,近年来农业科研院所在追求管理效能提升方面进行了诸多探索,尤其是江苏省农业科学院逐步从理论测试等单一形式发展为如今开展的职业技能竞赛,取得了良好成效。文章结合胜任力理论从管理人员职业能力维度进行了剖析,并在对江苏省农业科学院管理人员开展广泛的问卷调查基础上,针对管理人员队伍存在的问题,提出开展管理人员职业技能竞赛的建议,以期为其他农业科研院所提供有益参考。
Administrative personnel are the direct executors of management,and their competency levels have a decisive impact on the improvement of management efficiency.In recent years,agricultural research institutes have undertaken various explorations to enhance management efficiency,particularly the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences,which has gradually evolved from single-form assessments such as theoretical tests to the current practice of vocational skill competitions,achieving significant success.This article analyzed the occupational competency dimensions of administrative personnel based on the Competency Theory,and on the basis of extensive questionnaire surveys among administrative personnel at the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences,proposed recommendations for conducting vocational skill competitions for administrative personnel to address existing issues within the team.It aims to provide valuable references for other agricultural research institutes.
