摘要
目的 探讨浮针疗法在全膝关节置换术(TKA)患者术后膝关节功能恢复及并发症防控中的临床价值。方法 以随机数字表法将2024年3月-2025年4月天津市北辰区中医医院40例初次行单侧TKA的膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者分为干预组与对照组,各20例。对照组采用常规快速康复外科方案,干预组在对照组基础上联合浮针疗法。比较两组术前2天及术后1周、2周、1个月疼痛程度(VAS评分)、膝关节功能(KSS评分)及并发症发生率。结果 干预组术后各时间点VAS评分均低于对照组,KSS各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组术后并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论 浮针疗法可有效缓解TKA患者术后疼痛,促进膝关节功能恢复,降低并发症发生风险。
Objective To explore the clinical value of Fu′s subcutaneous needling in the recovery of knee joint function and prevention and control of complications after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods Forty patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA)who underwent unilateral TKA for the first time in Beichen District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Tianjin from March 2024 to April 2025 were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional enhanced recovery after surgery,and the intervention group was treated with Fu′s subcutaneous needling on the basis of the control group.The pain degree(VAS score),knee joint function(KSS score)2 days before operation and 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after operation,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the intervention group at different time after operation was lower than that of the control group,and the KSS scores of each dimension were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fu′s subcutaneous needling can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients with TKA,promote the recovery of knee joint function,and reduce the risk of complications.
