摘要
目的:探讨益肾壮骨汤联合中药热奄包在膝骨关节炎中的应用效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将广州中医药大学惠州医院2023年4月—2024年10月收治的102例膝骨关节炎患者分为观察组(实施益肾壮骨汤联合中药热奄包治疗)与对照组(实施玻璃酸钠注射液注射治疗),各51例。两组均治疗28 d。观察两组炎症因子水平、膝关节功能、疼痛程度、临床疗效、生活能力及症状评分。结果:治疗28 d后,观察组IL-1、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗28 d后,观察组日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分、总有效率及美国膝关节协会评分(KSS)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗28 d后,观察组关节肿胀、膝痛、活动受限评分及VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膝骨关节炎患者予益肾壮骨汤联合中药热奄包治疗的效果显著,可减轻疼痛程度,有效提高膝关节功能及生活能力。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Yishen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package in knee osteoarthritis.Method:According to the random number table method,102 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Huizhou Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to October 2024 were divided into the observation group(treated with Yishen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package)and the control group(received injection therapy with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection),with 51 cases in each group.Both groups were treated for 28 d.The levels of inflammatory factors,knee joint function,pain degree,clinical efficacy,living ability and symptom scores of the two groups were observed.Result:After 28 days of treatment,the levels of IL-1,TNF−αand IL-6inthe observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 28 days of treatment,the scores of the activities of daily living scale(ADL),the total effective rate and the American Knee Society score(KSS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 28 days of treatment,the scores of joint swelling,knee pain activity limitation and VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis with Yishen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package has a remarkable effect,which can reduce the degree of pain and effectively improve the knee joint function and living ability.
