摘要
在智能制造时代,技术快速转型升级,培养智能制造高技能人才成为我国高职教育的重要使命。本研究围绕天津市北辰区工业园区高职智能制造专业群人才培养现状,聚焦人才培养的新方向新专业、调整专业课程体系、开展多元校企合作、优化师资实训条件四个方面,对其存在的深层问题和存在原因进行深入剖析,构建出高职智能制造专业群人才培养模式,并提出相应实施建议。
In the era of intelligent manufacturing,rapid technological transformation and upgrading have made cultivating highly skilled professionals in intelligent manufacturing a crucial mission for China's higher vocational education.This study examines the current state of talent cultivation in the intelligent manufacturing professional group in vocational institutes within the Tianjin Beichen Industrial Park.It focuses on four aspects:new directions and new specialties in talent cultivation,adjustment to the professional curriculum system,implementation of diversified school-enterprise cooperation,and optimization of practical training conditions for teachers.It conducts an in-depth analysis of underlying issues and their causes,and constructs a talent cultivation model for the intelligent manufacturing professional group in higher vocational institutes,and proposes corresponding recommendations for implementation.
