摘要
以205份大豆种质资源为材料,进行大豆胞囊线虫3号生理小种(SCN3)抗病性鉴定、品质性状分析、雌虫指数与品质性状的相关性分析、聚类分析等。结果表明,在供试种质资源对SCN3抗性评价中,筛选出抗病种质29份(14.15%),中抗种质85份(41.46%);在品质分析中,供试种质资源蛋白质含量和脂肪含量均达到了极显著和显著水平,在蛋白质含量中,国内种质资源各项指标均小于国外,在脂肪含量中,除标准差外,国内其他各项指标均高于国外;雌虫指数与品质性状(蛋白质含量和脂肪含量)表现为不相关;蛋白质含量与脂肪含量极显著负相关,关系方程式为y=37.1-0.379x,R^(2)=-0.78,p<2.2×10^(-16);在聚类分析中,根据抗病性、品质等性状将所有大豆种质划分为三类,其中第Ⅰ类有67份资源,具有抗病性较好,品质性状含量高等特点。通过对供试大豆种质资源的抗病性评价及品质性状分析,对黑龙江省大豆胞囊线虫病的防治及抗病种质的筛选具有一定的参考意义,同时,为黑龙江省大豆抗大豆胞囊线虫病新品种培育和种质资源挖掘利用提供参考。
Using 205 Glycine max germplasm resources as materials,the disease resistance identification,quality trait analysis,correlation analysis between female worm index and quality traits,and cluster analysis of soybean cyst nematode No.3 physiological subspecies(SCN3)were conducted.The results showed that in the evaluation of SCN3 resistance of the tested germplasm resources,29 disease-resistant germplasms(14.15%)and 85 moderately resistant germplasms(41.46%)were screened out.In the quality analysis,the protein content and fat content of the tested germplasm resources both reached extremely significant and significant levels.In terms of protein content,all indicators of domestic germplasm resources were lower than those of foreign ones.In terms of fat content,except for the standard deviation,all other indicators of domestic germplasm resources were higher than those of foreign ones.The female worm index was not correlated with the quality traits(protein content and fat content).The protein content was extremely significantly negatively correlated with the fat content,and the relationship equation was y=37.1-0.379x R^(2)=-0.78,p<2.2×10^(-16).In cluster analysis,all Glycine max germplasms were classified into three categories based on traits such as disease resistance and quality.Among them,the first category had 67 resources,which were characterized by good disease resistance and high content of quality traits.Through the disease resistance evaluation and quality trait analysis of the tested Glycine max germplasm resources,it had certain reference significance for the prevention and control of soybean cyst nematode disease and the screening of disease-resistant germplasm in Heilongjiang Province.At the same time,it provided a reference for the breeding of new varieties resistant to soybean cyst nematode disease and the exploration and utilization of germplasm resources in Heilongjiang Province.
