绿洲灌区加工型番茄品种比较试验

Comparative Experiment of Processing Tomato Varieties in Oasis Irrigation Area

摘要 为筛选出适宜新疆绿洲灌区种植的优质加工型番茄新品种,本研究对12个加工型番茄品种开展了田间试验评价,以‘H1015’作为对照,通过对番茄植物学性状、产量指标、品质性状比较分析,并结合聚类分析确定品种间亲缘关系,明确了育种目标。结果表明,TM-1产量最高,较TM-9、TM-12和对照(‘H1015’)高出10.4%、11.0%和11.2%,并显著高于其他品种。TM-1、TM-12可溶固形物含量显著高于其他品种,TM-12总酸含量最高,亮度和色度也最佳,表现最优。基于亲缘关系的聚类分析,12个品种共分为3个类群。综合植物学性状、产量性状和品质性状分析,TM-1、TM-9和TM-12符合当前育种目标及市场需求,可作为新疆绿洲灌区重点选育和推广品种。 To identify superior processing tomato varieties adapted to Xinjiang oasis irrigation regions,this study conducted field trials with 12 processing tomato cultivars and‘H1015’as the control.A comprehensive evaluation was performed,including analyses of botanical traits,yield performance,and quality characteristics,supplemented by cluster analysis to determine genetic relationships,and establish breeding objectives.The results demonstrated that TM-1 exhibited the highest yield,surpassing TM-9,TM-12,and the control(‘H1015’)by 10.4%,11.0%,and 11.2%,respectively,with statistically significant advantages over other cultivars.Both TM-1 and TM-12 showed significantly higher soluble solid content than other varieties.TM-12 displayed the highest total acidity content,brightness and chroma,representing the best overall performance.Cluster analysis based on genetic relationships classified the 12 varieties into three distinct groups.In conclusion,considering comprehensive botanical traits,yield performance,and quality characteristics,the three processing tomato varieties TM-1,TM-9,and TM-12 met current breeding objectives and market demands,making them ideal candidates for selective breeding and regional promotion in Xinjiang’s oasis irrigation areas.
