摘要
以2个耐盐碱型品种(蒙豆14和Bayfield)和2个敏感型品种(吉育83和通农2号)为试验材料,比较其在不同盐碱土壤条件下的出苗率、苗期形态及光合特性差异。结果表明:随着土壤盐碱度升高,耐盐碱型品种出苗率均显著高于敏感型品种;耐盐碱品种和敏感型品种株高、叶面积均呈降低趋势;耐盐碱品种的光合生理指标无明显变化,敏感型品种的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均呈明显下降趋势,胞间CO_(2)浓度呈上升趋势;耐盐碱品种叶绿素含量呈上升趋势,敏感型品种呈先降低后升高的趋势;耐盐碱品种和敏感型品种ETR(Ⅱ)均呈降低趋势,ETR(Ⅰ)均呈上升趋势;耐盐碱品种和敏感型品种的叶绿素荧光动力学参数VJ、VI均呈上升趋势;耐盐碱品种和敏感型品种的F_(v)/F_(m)、P_(m)、PIABS均呈下降趋势。耐盐碱品种与敏感型品种出苗率、苗期形态及光合特性各项指标均呈显著性差异,可据此对大豆种质盐碱耐性进行鉴别。
Two salinity-tolerant varieties(Mengdou 14 and Bayfield)and two sensitive varieties(Jiyu 83 and Tongnong 2)were used as experimental materials to compare the differences in seedling emergence rate,seedling morphology and photosynthetic characteristics under different saline soil conditions.The results showed that:with the increase of soil salinity,the seedling emergence rate of salinity-tolerant varieties was significantly higher than that of sensitive varieties;the plant height and leaf area of both salinity-tolerant and sensitive varieties showed a decreasing trend;there was no obvious change in the photosynthetic physiological indexes of salinity-tolerant varieties,and the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of sensitive varieties showed an obvious decreasing trend,while the inter-cellular CO_(2) concentration showed an increasing trend;chlorophyll content of salinity-tolerant varieties showed an increasing trend,and that of sensitive varieties showed an increasing trend;the chlorophyll content of sensitive varieties showed an increasing trend.The chlorophyll content of salinity-tolerant varieties showed an increasing trend,and that of sensitive varieties showed a decreasing and then increasing trend;ETR(Ⅱ)of salinity-tolerant varieties and sensitive varieties showed a decreasing trend,while that of ETR(Ⅰ)showed an increasing trend;VJ and VI of salinity-tolerant varieties and sensitive varieties showed an increasing trend;and F_(v)/F_(m),P_(m) and PIABS of salinity-tolerant varieties and sensitive varieties showed a decreasing trend.Salinitytolerant varieties and sensitive varieties showed significant differences in seedling emergence rate,seedling morphology and photosynthetic characteristics,which can be used to identify the salinity tolerance of soybean germplasm.
