人工智能在开放教育个性化学习中的应用边界与优化路径

摘要 研究基于教育数字化转型理论框架,系统探讨人工智能(AI)技术在开放教育领域的创新应用与实施路径。开放教育面临的核心矛盾在于规模化服务供给与个性化学习需求之间的结构性张力,而AI技术通过动态学习者建模、多模态资源匹配和智能教学辅助,为破解这一困境提供了新的解决方案。研究发现,基于深度知识追踪的个性化学习系统能够实现精准的教学干预,而多智能体协同教学平台则有效促进了教师角色的转型重构。在资源管理方面,融合知识图谱与协同过滤的智能推荐算法显著提升了教育资源配置效率。研究采用混合研究方法,通过典型案例分析验证AI技术在提升学习效果、优化教学流程和改善资源利用等方面的显著成效。同时,研究识别出技术适配性、伦理风险和可持续性三大挑战,并提出“技术-伦理-经济”三位一体的综合治理框架,包括边缘智能架构、可解释AI机制和共建共享模式。 Based on the theoretical framework of educational digital transformation,this paper systematically explores the innovative applications and implementation pathways of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in the field of open education.A core contradiction confronting open education lies in the structural tension between large-scale service provision and personalized learning needs.AI technology offers new solutions to this predicament through dynamic learner modeling,multimodal resource matching,and intelligent teaching assistance.The paper finds that a personalized learning system based on deep knowledge tracking can provide precise teaching interventions,while a multi-agent collaborative teaching platform effectively promotes the transformation and reconstruction of teacher roles.In terms of resource management,an intelligent recommendation algorithm integrating knowledge graphs and collaborative filtering significantly enhances the efficiency of educational resource allocation.Employing a mixed research methodology,the paper validates the significant impact of AI technology on improving learning outcomes,optimizing teaching processes,and enhancing resource utilization through typical case analyses.Additionally,the paper identifies three major challenges;technological adaptability,ethical risks,and sustainability,and proposes a comprehensive governance framework that integrates technology,ethics,and economics,including marginal intelligent architecture,explainable AI mechanisms,and co-constructive sharing models.
