教育数字化背景下高职学生思想品德测评指标体系构建

摘要 教育数字化发展为高职学生思想品德测评带来新要求与新可能。本研究基于层次分析法,构建了一个包含思想素质、政治素质、道德品质、职业素质、心理素质、法治素养与数字素养7个维度共29项具体指标的高职学生思想品德测评体系。通过专家咨询与判断矩阵计算,确定各指标权重,并完成一致性检验,确保体系的科学性与适用性。分析结果显示,在7个维度中,政治素质(0.3517)、思想素质(0.2412)与职业素质(0.1596)权重居前,构成核心评价维度;其关键指标分别为“政治认同”(0.3908)、“理想信念”(0.5322)与“工匠精神”(0.4442)。 The digitalization of education presents new requirements and possibilities for the assessment of ideological and moral qualities among students in higher vocational colleges.This paper utilizes the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to establish a comprehensive assessment system comprising 29 specific indicators across seven dimensions:ideological quality,political quality,moral character,professional quality,psychological quality,legal literacy,and digital literacy.Through expert consultations and judgment matrix calculations,the weights of each indicator were determined and consistency tests were conducted to ensure the system's scientific rigor and applicability.The analysis results reveal that among the seven dimensions,political quality(0.3517),ideological quality(0.2412),and professional quality(0.1596)ranked highest in weight,forming the core evaluation dimensions.The key indicators within these dimensions are"political identification"(0.3908),"ideal and belief"(0.5322),and"craftsmanship spirit"(0.4442).
