摘要
职业教育教师创新团队文化建设是推动职业教育高质量发展的重要动力。当前,团队文化建设面临角色定位模糊、制度保障缺位、产教融合不深、资源分配失衡等深层矛盾,制约团队的创新活力与协同效能。为此,构建协同共生的精神文化体系,可以通过提炼共同愿景、搭建对话平台实现教育与产业价值融合;创新动态适配的制度文化保障,建立需求捕捉、快速响应与反馈优化机制;塑造跨界融合的行为文化模式,依托校企协同平台重构成员行为范式;优化赋能创新的物质文化环境,打造技术赋能、功能复合、文化浸润的创新空间等方面加强职业教育教师创新团队文化建设,助力职业教育高质量发展。
The cultural construction of vocational education teacher innovative teams is a crucial driver for promoting the highquality development of vocational education.Currently,team cultural development faces deep-seated contradictions such as ambiguous role positioning,lack of institutional safeguards,insufficient industry-education integration and imbalanced resource allocation,which constrain innovation vitality and collaborative efficiency.To address these challenges,the following strategies can be implemented:building a synergistic and symbiotic spiritual cultural system by refining shared visions and establishing dialogue platforms to integrate educational and industrial values;innovating dynamically adaptive institutional cultural safeguards through mechanisms for demand identification,rapid response and feedback optimization;shaping cross—boundary behavioral cultural models by reconstructing member behavior paradigms via school-enterprise collaboration platforms;and optimizing material cultural environments that empower innovation by creating technology—enabled,multifunctional and culturally immersive innovation spaces.These approaches will strengthen the cultural construction of vocational education teacher innovative teams and contribute to the high-quality development of vocational education.
