摘要
为满足长距离带式输送机张紧装置响应速度快、行程补偿精度高的要求,设计了一种基于永磁同步电机变频驱动结构的张紧装置。首先,分析了长距离带式输送机的结构特点;然后,阐述了张紧装置的总体结构、关键部件结构以及电气系统设计方案;最后,完成应用分析。分析结果表明,设计的长距离带式输送机张紧装置的动态响应时间≤12 s,行程补偿精度误差率为1.3%,张紧力波动范围小于±5%,能够保障长距离带式输送机安全、稳定、高效运行。
To meet the requirements of fast response speed and high stroke compensation accuracy for tensioning devices in long-distance belt conveyors,a tensioning device based on a permanent magnet synchronous motor variable frequency drive structure was designed.First,the structural characteristics of long-distance belt conveyors were analyzed.Then,the overall structure,key component designs,and electrical system design of the tensioning device were elaborated.Finally,an application analysis was completed.Analysis results indicate that the designed long-distance belt conveyor tensioning device achieves a dynamic response time of≤12 s,a stroke compensation accuracy error rate of 1.3%,and tension force fluctuation within±5%.This ensures safe,stable,and efficient operation of long-distance belt conveyors.
