摘要
随着“双碳”战略深入推进,造纸行业在提升生产效率的同时,亟需通过智能化手段实现节能减排目标。基于此,围绕造纸车间节能控制难点,提出一种集成先进传感技术、自动化控制系统与能耗优化算法的智能节能控制方案。通过构建多层级数据采集与控制网络,实现了对电机变频、蒸汽压力、真空系统等关键能耗环节的精准调控。此外,基于年产30万吨文化纸的实际工厂开展系统部署与运行验证。结果显示,该系统可有效降低单位蒸汽耗量与电耗,缩短停机维护周期,具有良好的经济效益与推广价值。研究表明,构建以数据驱动与模型优化为核心的自动化节能系统,是造纸企业实现绿色制造与智能转型的关键路径。
With the in-depth advancement of the“dual carbon”strategy,the papermaking industry,while enhancing production efficiency,urgently needs to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction goals through intelligent means.This paper focuses on the difficulties in energy-saving control in papermaking workshops and proposes an intelligent energy-saving control scheme integrating advanced sensing technology,an automatic control system and energy consumption optimization algorithms.By building a multi-level data acquisition and control network,precise regulation of key energy-consuming links such as motor frequency conversion,steam pressure,and vacuum systems has been achieved.This paper conducts system deployment and operation verification based on an actual factory with an annual output of 300,000 tons of cultural paper.The results show that the system can effectively reduce the unit steam consumption and electricity consumption,shorten the shutdown maintenance cycle,and has good economic benefits and promotion value.Research shows that building an automated energy-saving system centered on data-driven and model optimization is the key path for papermaking enterprises to achieve green manufacturing and intelligent transformation.
