采煤机分体式重型螺旋滚筒结构设计及仿真

摘要 先开展分体式重型螺旋滚筒的总体结构的分析,整体为两个半滚筒组合的结构思路。其次,对煤层信息、部件参数进行整理,为重型螺旋滚筒的有限元分析奠定基础。最后,开展重型螺旋滚筒的截割仿真,依次进行滚筒煤壁三维建模、滚筒结构参数确定、模型接触边界设置、滚筒截割数据准备、截割受力讨论,其分体式螺旋滚筒结构具有稳定性。 This study first analyzes the overall structure of the split heavy-duty spiral drum,adopting a design concept where the entire structure consists of two semi-drums assembled together.Subsequently,coal seam information and component parameters are organized to lay the foundation for finite element analysis of the heavy-duty spiral drum.Finally,cutting simulation of the heavy-duty spiral drum is conducted,sequentially performing three-dimensional modeling of the drum and coal face,determining structural parameters,setting contact boundaries for the model,preparing cutting data,and analyzing cutting forces.The split-type spiral drum structure demonstrates stability.
