摘要 该采煤机螺旋滚筒针对神东矿区的地质条件和客户的要求,设计时采用超大直径、重型破岩、局部减重等方案。制造过程中对于一些难点,提出了可行的实施方案,对易磨损部位进行重点保护。该大直径采煤机螺旋滚筒已取代进口产品,实现了国产化。设计、制造过程中的技术创新点,为后续产品开发提供了参考。 Based on geological condition of Shendong mining district and requirements from customer, applications of super-large diameter, heavy-duty rock breaking and weight loss were adopted in the design. Some feasible ideas were proposed for problem solving during manufacturing process. Wearing parts were protected specially. This device has replaced imported product and realized localization. Some technical innovations provide reference for the development in the future.
