摘要
为提高极薄煤层采煤效率,针对厚度低于1.0 m的极薄煤层开采需求,提出一种面向极薄煤层的采煤机结构设计方案,并对该采煤机的截割模块、输料模块和导轨推进模块三个关键部分的结构与参数进行详细设计,以实现预期功能。根据现场实验结果可知,该采煤机截割能力和输煤能力均符合预期要求,整体相对较为可行。
To enhance coal mining efficiency in ultra-thin seams,this paper proposes a structural design scheme for longwall shearers targeting seams thinner than 1.0 m.Detailed structural and parametric designs are presented for three critical components—the cutting module,material conveying module,and guide rail advancement module—to achieve the intended functionality.Field test results indicate that both the cutting capacity and coal transport capacity of this shearer meet the expected requirements,demonstrating overall relative feasibility.
