摘要
目的:探讨穴位按摩联合贝前列素钠治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果。方法:纳入2024年1—12月江西省人民医院收治的DPN患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组、试验组,每组50例。对照组接受贝前列素钠治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合穴位按摩治疗,两组均治疗6周。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)评分、神经传导速度、糖代谢状态、同型半胱氨酸及血液流变学指标。结果:治疗6周后,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6周后,试验组腓总神经感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)快于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6周后,试验组中医证候积分、TCSS评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度与血浆黏度水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合贝前列素钠治疗DPN可提高临床效果,提高神经传导速度,降低血糖水平与血浆黏度。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with Beraprost Sodium in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Method:A total of 100 patients with DPN admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from January to December 2024 were included and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Beraprost Sodium,and the experimental group was treated with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes scores,Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)scores,nerve conduction velocity,glucose metabolism status,homocysteine and hemorheological indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)of common peroneal nerve in the experimental group were faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndromes scores,TCSS scores,and the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,serum homocysteine,high shear viscosity of whole blood,low shear viscosity of whole blood and plasma viscosity in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with Beraprost Sodium in the treatment of DPN can improve clinical effect,increase nerve conduction velocity,and reduce blood glucose levels and plasma viscosity.
