摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(diabeteic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病常见的并发症之一,临床表现为肢体麻木、感觉减退、疼痛等不适,严重影响患者的生活质量。西医主要以控制血糖、营养神经、抗氧化应激、改善代谢紊乱等治疗为主。中医学根据其临床表现可将其归纳为"痹证""血痹""痿证"等范畴,中医药治疗具有多靶点、多层面的优势。《金匮要略》中所载的黄芪桂枝五物汤作为治疗血痹的代表方,具有益气温经、和血通痹之效。研究表明该方能够改善氧化应激、调节生长因子、调节糖脂代谢与免疫,在治疗糖尿病周围神经病变中疗效显著。
Diabeteic peripheral neuropathy is one of the common complications of diabetes mellitus.The clinical manifestations are limb numbness,hypoesthesia,pain and other discomfort,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Western medicine mainly to control blood sugar,nutrition,anti-oxidative stress,improve metabolic disorders and other treatments.TCM can be classified into"arthralgia""bloodarthralgia""atrophy diseases"and other categories according to its clinical manifestations.TCM treatment has the advantages of multiple targets and multiple aspects.Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(黄芪桂枝五物汤)contained in the synopsis of the golden chamber is a representative prescription for the treatment of blood numbness.Studies have shown that this formula can improve oxidative stress,regulate growth factors,regulate glucose and lipid metabolism and immunity,and has a significant effect in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
