摘要
【目的】探讨自我调节学习理论指导下的延续性健康管理在糖尿病足患者中的应用效果。【方法】选取2022年6月至2025年1月在本院诊治的90例糖尿病足患者,采用分层随机抽样法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组实施常规健康管理,观察组在对照组基础上接受自我调节学习理论指导下的延续性健康管理。比较两组患者病耻感[慢性疾病病耻感量表-8(SSCI-8)评分]、足部临床症状[多伦多临床系统评分(TCSS评分)]、自我效能[糖尿病自我效能量表(DSES)评分]、生活质量[糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)评分]。【结果】干预后,观察组SSCI-8评分、TCSS各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者DSES各项评分、DSQL各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】自我调节学习理论指导下的延续性健康管理应用于糖尿病足患者中,能够有效降低患者病耻感,改善足部神经症状,增强自我效能,提升生活质量。
【Objective】To explore the application effect of continuous health management guided by self-regulated learning theory in patients with diabetic foot.【Methods】A total of 90 patients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital from June 2022 to January 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by stratified random sampling,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine health management,while the observation group received continuous health management guided by self-regulated learning theory on the basis of the control group.The stigma[Stigma Scale for Chronic Illness-8(SSCI-8)score],foot clinical symptoms[Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS)score],self-efficacy[Diabetes Self-Efficacy Scale(DSES)score],and quality of life[Diabetes-Specific Quality of Life Scale(DSQL)score]were compared between the two groups.【Results】After intervention,the SSCI-8 score and all TCSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);all DSES scores and all DSQL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The application of continuous health management guided by self-regulated learning theory in patients with diabetic foot can effectively reduce patients'stigma,improve foot neurological symptoms,enhance self-efficacy,and improve quality of life.
