摘要
为解决课程思政现存问题,以土木工程专业为切入点,提出“五协同、三课堂、全贯通”育人模式。此模式实现了课程思政育人主体:学校管理人员、专任老师、辅导员、思政教师以及行业导师的五方协同育人,串联第一、二、三课堂构建完整思政育人路径,实现育人主体、思政元素、职业技能、职业道德、育人方式、评价方式等六方面要素的全贯通,推动思政教育与土木工程专业教学深度融合,致力于培养兼具专业素养与高尚品德的土木工程应用型人才,达成“价值塑造、知识传授、能力培养”有机统一的育人成效。
To address the existing issues in curriculum ideology and political education,taking the civil engineering discipline as a case study,we propose an educational model characterized by“Five Collaborations,Three Educational Arenas,and Comprehensive Integration.”This model achieves coordinated education among five key stakeholders:school administrators,full-time faculty,counselors,ideological-political education instructors,and industry mentors.By integrating the first(classroom teaching),second(extracurricular practice),and third(social engagement)educational arenas,it constructs a holistic ideological-political educationpathway.The model realizes comprehensive integration across six dimensions:educational stakeholders,ideological-political elements,professional skills,professional ethics,pedagogical approaches,and evaluation mechanisms.This drives the deep convergence of ideological-political education with civil engineering professional training,aiming to cultivate application-oriented civil engineering talents equipped with both technical expertise and moral integrity.Ultimately,it accomplishes the organic unification of“value shaping,knowledge imparting,and competency development”in education.
