摘要
基于江西、河南、江苏、四川4省的“城归”返乡创业实地调查数据,采用基准回归模型、Logist回归模型、中介效应模型和Bootstrap分析方法,实证分析“城归”参与新型农业经营主体的农村三产融合效应及影响因素。研究发现:“城归”参与新型农业经营主体对农村三产融合具有显著的促进作用,参与主体的融合效应从大到小依次为参与农业企业、参与农民专业合作社、参与家庭农场;“城归”参与新型农业经营主体对农村三产融合影响的身份异质性、创业规模异质性和受教育程度异质性均不显著;“城归”参与新型农业经营主体受人力资源、社会资源、财务资源和政策资源影响,其中,受教育程度、管理经验、现实人脉、耕地面积和财政补贴对“城归”参与新型农业经营主体均具有显著的促进作用;“城归”参与新型农业经营主体的参与认知会影响其参与意愿,并最终影响其参与行为,参与意愿在其参与认知与参与行为之间发挥中介作用;参与认知和参与意愿在其创业资源与参与行为之间发挥链式中介作用。据此提出,要加大宣传培训以提高“城归”参与新型农业经营主体的认知,丰富创业资源以增强“城归”参与新型农业经营主体的意愿,优化管理服务以强化“城归”参与新型农业经营主体的行为等,从而推进农村三产融合和农业高质量发展。
Based on field survey data of urban-to-rural migrants returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship in the four provinces of Jiangxi,Henan,Jiangsu and Sichuan,this study employs benchmark regression models,logistic regression models,mediation effect models,and Bootstrap analysis methods to empirically examine the effect of urban-to-rural migrants'participation in new agricultural business entities on rural three-industry integration and its influencing factors.The findings reveal that urban-to-rural migrants'participation in new agricultural business entities significantly promotes the integration of the three industries in rural areas,with the fusion effects ranking from highest to lowest as follows:participation in agricultural enterprises,participation in farmers'cooperatives,and participation in family farms.The heterogeneity analysis regarding the identity,entrepreneurship scale,and education level of urban-to-rural migrants participating in new agricultural business entities shows no significant impact on rural three-industry integration.The participation of urban-to-rural migrants in new agricultural business entities is influenced by human resources,social resources,financial resources,and policy resources.Among these factors,education level,management experience,practical social networks,cultivated land area,and financial subsidies all significantly promote the participation of urban-to-rural migrants in new agricultural business entities.The perception of participation among urban-to-rural migrants influences their willingness to participate,which in turn affects their actual participation behavior.Willingness to participate plays a mediating role between participation perception and participation behavior.Additionally,participation perception and willingness to participate together serve a chain-mediating role between entrepreneurial resources and participation behavior.Based on these findings,it is suggested that efforts should be made to strengthen publicity and training to enhance the awareness of urban-to-rural migrants regarding participation in new agricultural business entities,enrich entrepreneurial resources to boost their willingness to participate,and optimize management services to reinforce their participation behavior.These measures will help advance rural three-industry integration and promote high-quality agricultural development.
