摘要
在乡村振兴背景下,企业发挥自身优势履行社会责任、助力乡村振兴具有重大战略意义和实践价值。“万企帮万村”作为乡村振兴中主体转换的重要战略举措,是否对受援地的创业活动产生可持续性的带动效果?本文在县级层面匹配中国A股上市公司、全国工商企业注册信息、浙大卡特-企研中国涉农研究数据库,系统评估了企业结对帮扶对县域创业活跃度的影响。研究结果表明:第一,企业结对帮扶显著提升了受援县域的创业活跃度。第二,机制分析发现,企业结对帮扶通过促进创业要素流动提高了创业资源可得性,最终提升县域创业活跃度。第三,企业结对帮扶的创业带动效应具有“益贫性”,在帮扶困难程度较高的地区作用更强,在财政压力小的县域、县级市和粮食主产区作用更为明显。第四,企业结对帮扶对创业活跃度的提升具有长期可持续性。本研究不仅为评估企业参与推动乡村振兴的实施效果提供了经验证据,也为未来探寻中国县域经济转型提供了重要参考。
