摘要
网络延迟、智能不足、协同薄弱——这些因素正严重掣肘施工现场机器人的作业效能。为破此局,本文提出并构建了一种基于自适应物联网的协同作业智能施工体系。该体系通过强化网络韧性、升级单机智能、打造统一指挥平台,形成了“感知-决策-执行”的闭环,旨在全面提升施工机器人机群的适应性、协同性与安全性。本研究为实现工地作业模式的根本性变革、驱动建筑业高质量可持续发展提供了切实可行的解决方案。
Network latency,limited cognitive capabilities,and inadequate collaborative mechanisms—these intertwined challenges significantly constrain the on-site operational performance of construction robots.To address these critical bottlenecks,this paper introduces and develops an intelligent collaborative construction system grounded in self-adaptive Internet of Things(IoT)technology.By enhancing network resilience,advancing individual robot intelligence,and implementing integrated command platform,the system establishes a seamless closed-loop of“perception–decision–execution”,aiming to substantially improve the adaptability,interoperability,and operational safety of robotic fleets in dynamic construction environments.This study offers an actionable framework for achieving a fundamental paradigm shift in jobsite operations and promotes high-quality,sustainable advancement within the construction industry.
