摘要
目的 了解新冠肺炎疫情防控期间四川省新报告艾滋病病毒感染者/病人(以下简称HIV/AIDS)接受抗病毒治疗及时性的现状,分析相关影响因素。方法 通过国家艾滋病综合防治信息系统,收集2020—2022年四川省新报告HIV/AIDS病例的相关信息,采用SPSS 23.0软件进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析抗病毒治疗及时性的影响因素,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 67 927例新报告HIV/AIDS病例中,80.81%及时接受抗病毒治疗。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:女性(OR=1.31,95%CI:1.24~1.38)、同性性传播(OR=1.37,95%CI:1.24~1.52)治疗及时性更高;婚姻状况未婚(OR=0.71,95%CI:0.67~0.76)、地区类别为省外(OR=0.27,95%CI:0.24~0.29),样本来源为医疗机构(OR=0.70,95%CI:0.65~0.75)和监管场所(OR=0.28,95%CI:0.24~0.33)、首次CD4细胞计数≥350个/µl(OR=0.85,95%CI:0.72~0.90)和未检测(OR=0.10,95%CI:0.09~0.12)的病例治疗及时性更低。结论 四川省新报告HIV/AIDS病例抗病毒治疗及时性较高,但还需加强男性、单身、省外户籍、医疗机构来源和首次CD4细胞计数较高等患者的管理,应有针对性的开展治疗动员与转介,从而提高及时治疗比例。
Objective To understand the timeliness of antiviral treatment for newly reported HIV/AIDS cases in Sichuan Province during the prevention and control of COVID-19,and to analyze relevant influencing factors.Methods Through the national AIDS comprehensive prevention and control information system,we collected the information about HIV/AIDS cases newly reported in Sichuan Province from 2020 to 2022,and SPSS 23.0 software to conduct single factor and multi factor logistic regression analysis to analyze the influencing factors of the timeliness of antiviral treatment.The difference P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results Among the 67927 newly reported cases of HIV/AIDS,80.81%received timely antiviral treatment.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that women(OR=1.31,95%CI:1.24-1.38),and same-sex transmission(OR=1.37,95%CI:1.24-1.52)had higher timeliness;Cases with unmarried marital status(OR=0.71,95%CI:0.67-0.76),regional category outside the province(OR=0.27,95%CI:0.24-0.29),sample sources from medical institutions(OR=0.70,95%CI:0.65-0.75)and regulatory facilities(OR=0.28,95%CI:0.24-0.33),first CD4 cell count≥350 cells/μl(OR=0.85,95%CI:0.72-0.90)and undetected(OR=0.10,95%CI:0.09-0.12)have lower treatment timeliness.Conclusions The timeliness of antiviral treatment for newly reported HIV/AIDS cases in Sichuan Province is relatively high,but it is necessary to strengthen the management of male,single,household registration outside the province,origin of medical institutions and patients with high CD4 cell count for the first time,and targeted treatment mobilization and referral should be carried out,so as to improve the proportion of timely treatment.
