本文系统探讨了抗生素残留检测技术,涵盖了传统的微生物学方法、免疫学检测方法、现代的色谱、质谱、电化学等分析技术以及新兴的生物传感器、纳米材料增强等技术。本文旨在通过归纳和总结传统、现代以及新兴的抗生素残留检测技术,并对比了各检测技术的优缺点和适用范围,同时展望了抗生素残留检测技术未来发展方向,期望能为抗生素的日常监测提供参考,为食品安全和环境监测等贡献一份力量。
This article thoroughly examines the technologies for detecting antibiotic residues,including classical microbiological approaches,immunological detection methods,contemporary analytical technologies like electrochemistry and mass spectrometry,as well as cutting-edge technologies like biosensors and the enhancement of nanomaterials.The aim of this article is to summarize and compare the advantages,disadvantages,and applicable scopes of traditional,modern,and emerging antibiotic detection technologies.With the aim of serving as a guide for routine antibiotic monitoring and assisting with environmental and food safety monitoring,it also anticipates the future development paths of antibiotic detection technologies.
