防治小麦条锈病的新型杀菌剂筛选与评价

Screening and evaluation of novel fungicides against wheat stripe rust

摘要 [目的]筛选对小麦条锈病高效的杀菌剂。[方法]采用盆栽法和田间药效试验相结合的方法,评价了7种杀菌剂对小麦条锈病的防治效果。[结果]温室盆栽试验结果表明,22.5%啶氧菌酯SC、30%吡唑醚菌酯SC、200 g/L氟唑菌酰羟胺SC和50%咯菌腈WP对小麦条锈病的保护作用、防治效果最好,防效均在90%以上;22.5%啶氧菌酯SC、30%吡唑醚菌酯SC、200 g/L氟唑菌酰羟胺SC和250 g/L嘧菌酯SC有较好的治疗效果,防效为79.00%~89.14%。田间药效试验结果显示,7种杀菌剂对小麦条锈病均有一定的防治效果,其中22.5%啶氧菌酯SC、30%吡唑醚菌酯SC和200 g/L氟唑菌酰羟胺SC的防治效果最好,且能提高小麦的产量。[结论]22.5%啶氧菌酯SC、30%吡唑醚菌酯SC和200 g/L氟唑菌酰羟胺SC可有效防治小麦条锈病,可作为三唑类药剂的替代药剂。 [Aims]This study aims to screen out highly effective fungicides for controlling wheat stripe rust.[Methods]The control efficacy of 7 fungicides against wheat stripe rust was evaluated using pot tests and field efficacy trials.[Results]The results of pot test in greenhouse showed that picoxystrobin 22.5%SC,pyraclostrobin 30%SC,pydiflumetofen 200 g/L SC,and fludioxonil 50%WP exhibited superior preventive activity against wheat stripe rust,with control efficiency exceeding 90%.Picoxystrobin 22.5%SC,pyraclostrobin 30%SC,pydiflumetofen 200 g/L SC,and azoxystrobin 250 g/L SC displayed notable curative activity,and the control efficiency ranged from 79.00%to 89.14%.Field efficacy trials indicated that all 7 fungicides effectively controlled wheat stripe rust,with picoxystrobin 22.5%SC,pyraclostrobin 30%SC and pydiflumetofen 200 g/L SC demonstrating the highest efficacy and additionally improving wheat yields.[Conclusions]Picoxystrobin 22.5%SC,pyraclostrobin 30%SC and pydiflumetofen 200 g/L SC can effectively control wheat stripe rust and can serve as alternatives to triazole fungicides.
