摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法及盆栽法评价了丙硫菌唑等6种杀菌剂对黄瓜炭疽病的杀菌活性,以期为黄瓜炭疽病的防控提供数据支持。试验结果表明,丙硫菌唑、咪鲜胺、吡唑醚菌酯、嘧菌酯、苯并烯氟菌唑、联苯吡菌胺等6种杀菌剂对黄瓜炭疽病菌菌丝的抑制EC_(90)值分别为134.7653、0.5088、0.5008、2.7602、1.6140、1477.4815 mg/L,其盆栽保护EC_(90)值分别为18.3810、13.1550、2.0841、11.6907、15.6481、>100 mg/L;其盆栽治疗EC_(90)值分别为4.3319、4.4032、7.5951、10.6169、>100、>100 mg/L。说明丙硫菌唑、咪鲜胺、吡唑醚菌酯、嘧菌酯、苯并烯氟菌唑可以用于黄瓜炭疽病的有效防治,建议苯并烯氟菌唑在病害发生前使用。
The fungicidal activity of six fungicides,including prothioconazole,against cucumber anthracnose was evaluated using the mycelial growth rate method and pot culture method,to provide data support for the control of this disease.The results showed that the EC_(90) values of prothioconazole,prochloraz,pyraclostrobin,azoxystrobin,benzovindiflupyr,and bixafen for inhibiting mycelial growth were 134.7653,0.5088,0.5008,2.7602,1.6140,and 1477.4815 mg/L,respectively.Their protective EC_(90) values in potting assays were 18.3810,13.1550,2.0841,11.6907,15.6481,and>100 mg/L,respectively,while their curative EC_(90) values were 4.3319,4.4032,7.5951,10.6169,>100,and>100 mg/L,respectively.These results indicated that prothioconazole,prochloraz,pyraclostrobin,azoxystrobin,and benzovindiflupyr can be effectively used for controlling cucumber anthracnose.It is recommended that benzovindiflupyr be applied before disease occurrence.
