摘要
目的推动《药事管理学》与《中药药剂学》课程交叉融合的教学改革,以打破传统教学模式的知识割裂,构建“技术-管理”协同培养体系。方法通过整合两门课程内容、引入跨学科案例、组建“学术+行业”双导师教学团队,采用线上线下混合式教学及多元化评价手段,形成“全产业链贯通、多维度耦合”的实施路径。结果改革有效贯通了药品研发、生产到监管的知识链条,提升了学生解决复杂产业问题的综合能力,初步实现“懂工艺、通法规、善管理”的复合型人才培养目标。结论课程交叉融合改革推动了中药学教育向“技术+管理”复合型培养模式转型,为中医药产业高质量发展提供人才支撑,具有显著的学科创新价值与实践意义。
OBJECTIVE Implement teaching reform to integrate Pharmaceutical Administration and Chinese Materia Medica Pharmacy courses,aiming to break down the knowledge fragmentation of traditional teaching models and establish a technology-management collaborative training system.METHODS By integrating the content of two courses,introducing interdisciplinary cases,and forming a dual mentor teaching team consisting of academics and industry professionals,we employ a blended online and offline teaching approach along with diverse evaluation methods to create an implementation path that spans the entire industrial chain and integrates multiple dimensions.RESULTS The reform effectively integrated the knowledge chain from drug development to production and regulation,enhancing students comprehensive ability to solve complex industrial issues and initially achieving the goal of cultivating compound talents who understand processes,regulations,and management.CONCLUSION The integration of courses has driven the education of Traditional Chinese Medicine towards a composite training model that combines technology and management,providing talent support for high-quality development in the traditional Chinese medicine industry.This approach holds significant disciplinary innovation value and practical significance.
