摘要
新医科建设背景下社会与管理药学学科的建设对医药人才培养有重要意义。本文结合课程人才培养特点,以主干课程药事管理学为例,对此类课程教学进行了探索,创建了“理论—实践双螺旋”教学模式。实践表明,该模式充分调动了学生学习积极性和自主性,培养了学生的创新思维和解决问题的能力,提升了学生的综合素养,为社会与管理药学类其他课程教学提供了借鉴。
Under the background of the New Medical Sciences initiative,the development of Social and Administrative Pharmacy disciplines plays a significant role in the cultivation of pharmaceutical talents.This paper,combining the characteristics of the course and talent cultivation,explores the teaching of Pharmacy Administration as a core course and creates a“theory-practice double helix”teaching model.Practical results show that this model fully stimulates students'enthusiasm and autonomy for learning,cultivates their innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities,and enhances their comprehensive quality.It provides a reference for the teaching of other Social and Administrative Pharmacy courses.
