摘要
优秀幼儿园园长的学习过程对普通幼儿园教师以及园长的学习和成长有着重要的启示作用。本研究选取一名优秀幼儿园园长,就其进入名师团队的学习过程进行访谈。依据费曼-内姆斯提出的“连续互动学习论”,自编园长学习过程分析框架,并依此对访谈材料进行编码分析。研究结果表明:优秀园长的教育情怀是学习的动力源,身份确认是学习的方向标,实践转换是学习的加速器,理性反思是学习的稳定器,这对我国幼儿园园长的培养与素质提升具有重要的启示意义。
The learning process of outstanding kindergarten principals plays a significant enlightening role in the learning and growth of ordinary kindergarten teachers and principals.This study selected an outstanding kindergarten principal and conducted interviews regarding her learning process of joining an elite educator team.Based on the“continuous interactive learning theory”proposed by Feiman-Nemser,a self-developed analytical framework for principals’learning processes was constructed,and the interview data were coded and analyzed accordingly.The research results show that the educational passion of outstanding principals is the driving force of their learning,identity confirmation is the guide for their learning direction,practical transformation is the accelerator of their learning,and rational reflection is the stabilizer of their learning.These insights hold important enlightenment for the cultivation and competency enhancement of kindergarten principals in China.
