摘要
图书馆开展健康信息服务,有助于提高公众的健康。文章综合运用网络调查法与文献调查法,对澳大利国家标准健康图书馆获奖项目展开深入调研。研究发现,澳大利亚健康图书馆健康信息服务主要包括开展健康素养活动、推行书目疗愈以及提供专业信息服务等方面,深入剖析其服务内容及价值,基于澳大利亚健康图书馆的成功经验,提出开展多方合作,建立专业健康信息资源库;注重健康素养,提升服务成效;建立“参与-互动-反馈”联动机制,营造良好健康服务生态环境等三个方面提升健康信息服务质量和水平。
The development of health information service in libraries is helpful to improve the public′s health literacy.This paper makes an in-depth investigation on the award-winning projects of the Australian National Stan⁃dard Health Library by using the methods of network survey and literature survey.It is found that the health information service of the Australian Health Library mainly includes the development of health liter⁃acy training activities,the implementation of bibliographic healing and the provision of professional infor⁃mation services,and its service content and value are deeply analyzed.Based on the successful experience of Australian health libraries,this paper puts forward that Chinese libraries can improve the quality and lev⁃el of health information service from three aspects:carry out multiparty cooperation,establish a professional health information resource database;focus on health literacy,and enhance service effectiveness;establish⁃ing a“participation-interaction-feedback”linkage mechanism,and creating a good ecological environment for health services.
