摘要
目的探索护生沟通的现状及改善措施。护患沟通是护理人员与患者之间进行的信息交换和互动的过程,21世纪以来关于护生沟通的研究受到了广泛的关注,因此当前提高实习护生的护患沟通能力就显得尤为重要。方法(1)时间顺序法。查阅近十年来国内外护生沟通相关权威文献,整理研究进展。(2)因果分析法。查阅文献及相关成果引用分析护生沟通现状的影响因素。(3)现状对策法。查阅大量文献归纳总结针对护生沟通实施现状存在的问题提出对策。结果国内外研究者对于护生沟通的研究,近十年来获得了丰富的成果。总体来看,护生临床沟通的影响因素主要是理论知识掌握不牢固,没有熟练的操作技术,缺乏沟通技巧。以及目前的临床带教方式不利于培养护生良好沟通能力的培养。结论在护生的沟通交流过程中,通过与病人交流中了解病人情况,能在某种程度上减少病人的身体和精神上的痛苦。采用人际交往效能培养,提供患者需要的沟通信息,掌握倾听的技巧。采用语言和非语言的沟通方式可以让护患关系得到进一步改善。
Objective To explore the current situation and improvement measures of nursing students'communication.Nurse-patient communication is the process of information exchange and interaction between nursing staff and patients.Since the 21st century,studies on the communication of nursing students have attracted wide attention.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the nurse-patient communication ability of nursing intern students at present.Methods 1.Chronological order method.reviewed the relevant authoritative literature on communication among nursing students at home and abroad in the past decade and sort out the research progress.2.Causal analysis method.The influential factors of the current communication situation among nursing students were analyzed by reviewing literature and citing relevant achievements.3.Status quo countermeasure method.Consulted a large number of literature to summarize the problems existing in the implementation and put forward countermeasures for nursing students.Results Researchers at home and abroad had made rich achievements on the communication of nursing students in the past ten years.In general,the factors affecting the clinical communication of nursing students are mainly the unable grasp of theoretical knowledge,the lack of proficient operational techniques and the lack of communication skills.And the current clinical teaching methods are not conducive to the cultivation of good communication ability among nursing students.Conclusions In the communication process of nursing students,through communicating with patients to understand the patient's situation,it can reduce the patient's physical and mental pain to some extent.By cultivating interpersonal communication effectiveness,provide patients with the communication information they need and master the skills of listening.Adopting both verbal and non-verbal communication methods can further improve the nurse-patient relationship.
