摘要
目的了解临床护理人员护患沟通能力的状况,分析影响沟通能力的有关因素。方法采用自行设计的“护患沟通能力调查问卷”对我院175名临床护士进行问卷调查。分析调查对象一般资料与护患沟通能力的关系。结果有生育经历的护士沟通能力较强。不同的工作年限,对沟通能力有一定程度的影响,15年以上的比5年以下的护士沟通能力强。职称、职务高的护士沟通能力较强。结论不同工作年限、职称、职务及有生育经历对护患沟通能力均有不同程度影响。
Objective To understand the state of nurse - patient communication ability by clinical nurses, and analyze the factors which affect this communication ability.Methods Using the questionnaire on nurse-patient communication ability to assess 175 nurses of Shanghai sixth people＇s hospital. Results It was shown that nurses who had born child had good communication ability. These who have worked more than 15 years had better ability than those who worked less than 5 years. Nurses with higher professional title and for higher-rank showed better ability than others. Conclusion Differences in working time, professional title, rank and child - bearing experience can impart variable effects on nurse - patient communication ability
