摘要
为解决潮惠高速公路沿线优质河砂资源紧缺问题,减少石粉对环境的不良影响,试验研究了高石粉含量石灰岩机制砂混凝土工作性能、力学性能、收缩变形性能和耐久性能,并与河砂混凝土进行了对比。结果表明,石灰岩机制砂可替代河砂作为细骨料,并可将石粉含量限值提高至9.6%;机制砂混凝土可通过外加剂调整其工作性能,使之与河砂混凝土相当;机制砂混凝土的抗压强度和弹性模量与河砂混凝土相当,而机制砂混凝土抗折强度略高;机制砂混凝土收缩变形性能和耐久性能较优。
The paper aims to resolve the scarcity of high-quality fluvial sand along Chaohui highway and to undermine the negative impact that stone powder exerts to the surrounding environment. On this basis, it carries out experimental study on the working performance, mechanical property, durability, contraction and deformation of high stone powder content concrete with limestone manufactured sand, then compares the findings with the performance of fluvial sand concrete. The results indicate that limestone manufactured sand may serve as the replacement of fluvial sand as fine aggregate,which raise the cap ratio of quarry dust to 9.6%. At the same time, the working performance of concrete with manufactured sand can be altered by the means of admixture, drawing on a par with that of the fluvial sand concrete. Though the two concretes tend to stand neck to neck in terms of compressive strength and elastic modulus, concrete with manufactured sand displays a slight edge in bending resistance and it stands out for its performance in durability and resistance to contraction and deformation.
