摘要
文章从乳制品行业全链条出发,探讨了智能用电与绿色能源在推动乳制品行业低碳转型中的作用机制,重点分析其在不同环节的应用价值与实践路径。结果表明,智能用电、绿色能源与乳制品行业之间的耦合形成了深层次的产业共生关系。在“双碳”战略背景下,政策驱动与技术进步为乳制品行业转型升级提供了外部动力,智能用电与绿色能源的发展为行业降本增效和绿色生产创造了条件。文章提出了基于技术、经济、管理和政策4个维度的协同推进路径,为推进乳制品行业加快实现碳达峰与碳中和提供参考。
This article examines the role mechanisms of smart electricity and green energy in driving low-carbon transformation across the dairy industry chain,with a focus on analyzing their application value and practical pathways at different stages.The study reveals that the integration of smart electricity,green energy,and the dairy sector has formed a deep industrial symbiotic relationship.Under the“dual carbon”strategy,policy incentives and technological advancements provide external impetus for industry upgrading,while the development of smart electricity and green energy creates conditions for cost reduction,efficiency improvement,and eco-friendly production.To address these issues,the article proposes a coordinated advancement path based on four dimensions:technology,economy,management,and policy,offering practical measures to accelerate the dairy industry’s transition toward carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
