摘要
高校学籍档案是教育治理现代化的重要组成部分。在新时代高等教育高质量发展的背景下,学籍档案正经历着从“事务记录”向“育人资源”的范式转型。文章立足学籍档案管理育人的视角,聚焦学籍档案管理中的育人要素挖掘,分析影响学籍档案管理工作在高校育人职能发挥中的因素及问题,对管理路径进行优化创新,为高校实现管理服务与育人功能的有机融合提供理论参考和实践路径,使高校学籍档案管理在新时代更迭出新的内涵。
The student academic records in colleges and universities are an important part of the modernization of educational governance.Against the backdrop of high-quality development of higher education in the new era,the management of student academic records are undergoing a paradigm transformation from"administrative records"to"educational resources".From the perspective of student academic record management for education,this paper focuses on the exploration of educational elements in student academic record management,analyzes the factors and problems that affect the performance of student academic record management in the educational function of colleges and universities,optimizes and innovates the management path,and provides theoretical references and practical paths for colleges and universities to achieve the organic integration of management services and educational functions,enabling the management of student academic records in colleges and universities to have new connotations in the new era.
