摘要
为贯彻落实“三全育人”理念,高职院校积极探索学生社区治理新路径,提出并实践了“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式。文章以武汉职业技术大学建筑工程学院的实践为例,系统梳理学院通过整合德智体美劳五育内容与多维协同机制,实现思想政治教育、专业教学、美育文化、体育活动与劳动实践的深度融合,推动管理、服务与育人功能有机统一,并在此基础上提出优化建议,为提升高职院校学生社区治理能力提供新思路。
In order to implement the concept of"Sanquan Education",vocational colleges actively explore new paths for student community governance and propose and practice a"one-stop"comprehensive management model for student communities.The article takes the practice of the School of Architecture and Engineering at Wuhan Vocational and Technical University as an example to systematically sort out the integration of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education content and multidimensional collaborative mechanisms,achieving deep integration of ideological and political education,professional teaching,aesthetic education and culture,sports activities,and labor practice.It promotes the organic unity of management,service,and education functions,and proposes optimization suggestions on this basis,providing new ideas for improving the community governance ability of vocational college students.
