摘要
本研究2025年通过对贵州省80家知识产权服务机构开展问卷调查,从机构结构、业务能力、政策环境及发展瓶颈等多维度进行系统分析。调研发现:贵州省知识产权服务机构以小微民营企业为主,业务高度集中于传统代理服务,新兴领域服务能力薄弱;行业普遍面临恶性竞争、政策执行不畅、人才短缺与供需对接低效等挑战。对此,本文提出应通过强化行业监管、优化政策供给、构建人才培养体系、搭建服务平台等系统性举措,推动行业向专业化、高端化发展。
In 2025,a questionnaire survey of 80 intellectual property service institutions in Guizhou Province was conducted,analyzing aspects such as institutional structure,service capacity,policy environment,and development challenges.Findings reveal that these institutions are predominantly small and micro private enterprises,with services highly concentrated in traditional agency work and weak capabilities in emerging sectors.Common challenges include vicious competition,poor policy implementation,talent shortages,and inefficient supply-demand alignment.This study proposes systematic measures—enhancing industry regulation,optimizing policy support,establishing talent development systems,and building service platforms—to foster professional and high-end sector growth.
