摘要
该文以知识产权金融为主要研究对象,探讨了知识产权全融服务科技型企业的体系构建要素和运行机制,提出了通过建设高价值的知识产权池、结构化的金融资金池、协同有序的服务池、风险科学分担的机制池、组合高效的政策池等措施拓展知识产权金融服务科技型企业融资路径的对策建议。
This paper focuses on intellectual property finance,exploring the key structural elements and operational mechanisms of an intellectual property financial service system for technology-based enterprises.It proposes suggestions to expand financing pathways through establishing high-value intellectual property asset pools,structured financial capital pools,collaborative and orderly service pools,scientifically risk-sharing mechanism pools,and efficient policy combination pools.
